OUR MAIN SESSIONS
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES
Discover our dynamic functional fitness classes that cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, and experience a transformative workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and endurance.


OLYMPIC LIFTING
One of our most popular classes, Olympic Lifting is a barbell-focused session working primarily on two movements - the clean and jerk and the snatch. Olympic Lifting sessions break down these complex movements and use drills to improve technique and increase weight. The sessions can also include front squats, back squats, deadlifts, overhead squats and more.
ENGINE
Build your cardiovascular capacity with our Engine classes that incorporate endurance and stamina training without the complex movements, weights and gymnastics. Engine classes make use of the Erg machines (ski, row, assault bike, C2 bike) and other equipment to enhance body conditioning.
